The working principle of the gas atomization powder production line:
Melting of metal or alloy under the condition of inert gas protection. When metal liquid flows through the insulating tundish and restricting draft tube, metal liquid is crushed into a large number of small metal droplets by high-pressure gas. Droplets solidify into spherical or sub-spherical particles in flight. After separating powder from gas, powder will be treated by screening, mixing batches, packing, and finally qualified powder is made out.
