For metals with hydrogen brittleness, such as titanium, zirconium and hafnium, the powder can be manufactured by hydrogenation-dehydrogenation method. This method is to first fully hydrogenate the metal in hydrogen atmosphere to obtain brittle hydride, and then crush it into powder, and finally use the vacuum dehydrogenation environment to remove the absorbed hydrogen, so as to produce irregular metal powder. The main equipment in this process is the vacuum hydrogenation-dehydrogenation furnace.
