The working principle of high-pressure water atomization powder production line:
Melting metal or alloy under atmospheric conditions. When metal liquid flows through the insulating tundish and restricting draft tube, metal liquid is crushed into a large number of small metal droplets by high-pressure water. Small droplets form sub-spherical or irregular particles during flight under the action of surface tension and rapid cooling by water.
After particles are collected from water atomization equipment will be treated by dehydration, drying, reduction (if necessary), crushing, screening, mixing batches, packing, and finally qualified powder is made out.
